In the Lotus 8.5 client, when we try to send a mail to another user(who has recently changed to another OU) when we type the users name its showing the older entry on that user, its not showing with present changes of that user.
when we check in directory its showing correctly.
For Ex. user A & B(locating at US Ou) is regularly transacting mails between them. After transfer when A user trying to send a mail to B(transferred to US to europe)in his recent views its showing the older location of B user, so he want to change the views to present directory.
Please help me how i can resolve this issue
