We upgraded to notes 8.5.1 from notes 7 and the problem I am running into is I cannot get my clients address book to transfer over. The IT before me must have done multi user install on notes 7. So when I updated to the new notes I had to uninstall notes 7. What i did before i uninstalled notes is i saved each clients names.nsf file from there local settings/app data/lotus/data directory. I then installed notes 8 and put the names.nsf back into that directory. For some reason when i open lotus up the contacts is blank but when i go into that directory and open names.nsf from there it opens up with the old template from 7. Curious if anyone can help with this issue.
