Good morning,
I wanted to know if it is possible to add an extra addressbook on server level, that is only accessable to some users.
Now we have a department where every user has addresses in his/her local addressbook. They want to merge all these addresses to one addressbook that can be accessed on the server.
But the other departments cannot see this addressbook.
How can I do this?

You’d want to set up directory assistance. You can find this info in your admin help. What you’d do next is lock down the acl for the secondary address book, so that only certain users have access.
Subject: are you sure that this will work? (Don’t know, just spekulating)
Reader names might be possible, too, as the adress selection dialog seams to use a few, but I never tested any of these.
