I found a strange effect and wonder, if this might be a reported issue, since I could not find any articles about it.
Users work as usual - read and write mails. Some report that one or two additional entries ’ Arial’ and ’ Arial’ appear in the font drop-down list.
As far as I found out the effect takes place after they opened a certain document and it disappears only if they close the client.
The additional entries do have only 1 font size (10) displayed in the font size drop-down list.
Help would be appreciated!
