I am trying to add a subform from a different .nsf file. When in create there is a ‘pull-down’ that allows me to select some different apps; however, the one I want to access is not on the list. I have not been able to figure out a method to add other apps to the list. Anyone know how this may be accomplished?

For various reasons, I ended up taking a different approach.
Instead of trying to link to a resource located in a different database, I copied the resource to a template, then copy the resource from the template into any database that needs that particular resource.
To update the resource, update the copy in the template, then the Design task will replace everywhere it’s used.

if there is a bookmark on the workspace for that database it comes to list
