In Notes 7.0.2 I was able to add the Designer client to my Startup folder, and other programs. I cannot figure out how to do this in Notes 8. Can someone please tell me what I am missing?

Is the Designer icon on your Open menu? You should be able to drag & drop it from there to the Startup folder.
If it’s not on your Open menu, you can launch Designer and edit the “UserBookmarkOrder” outline in your bookmark.nsf file. Add an outline entry under More Bookmarks - Startup, to launch the Designer.exe.

I was able to add the Designer and Admin Client and then drag them around. What about other external apps? Is there no way an end user can do this?
Subject: Use the Basic Client
As i have read it, in the current version of 8 you can’t add executables to the startup folder.
As a workaround i have discovered that you can start the Basic Client add your startup and then use this with your Advanced Client.
