Adding new fields in Appointment Form

We already have added 3 custom fields into the inotes appointment Form.We have changed following subforms:

<s_AppointmentDictionary>

<s_AppointmentEdit>

<s_AppointmentEdit_Init>

<s_AppointmentRead>

<l_AppointmentEdit>

It works fine, but the fields only appear at the top of the Form.

We wanted to place them in the middle of the form before “invited persons” section.
