Adding multiple names to address book

i’m fairly new to Lotus Notes so this is probably a very easy question - On a received mail message, how do I transfer all adressees to my address book? can it be done at the same time?

Diane,

You can select the addresses, then right click on the highlighted entries and choose the option to ‘Add to instant contact list’. This will create a ‘private group’ in your address-book.
