Hi All –
I have a java agent that has 6 jar files. Due to the size, I have added the jars to server classpath and not into the agent. It works great on intel, but the iSeries server will not find those jar files. We have placed the jars in /qibm/userdata/java400/ext and made qnotes the signer. We have restarted the domino server and get the same error. Then, we have tried useind JavaUserClasses, and that gives the same error.
The following is the line of code it errors out on:

BackgroundCheckDocument newBkgrndChk = BackgroundCheckDocument.Factory.newInstance();
And that is located in BackgroundCheck.jar file. I can open that up with WinZip and see the class in the jar
How do you make the domino server find those jar files?
