I’m new to Domino server and I’m trying to put together groups that allow our users to send messages to many people at the same time, specifically, an entire department at the hospital. I’ve created a “Mail Only” type group for the department and have no problem adding our normal Notes users to it, however, in many cases we have people from outside organizations with e-mail addresses in different domains. I’ve added them into the “People” category with a mail system of “other internet mail”. This way they show up in the global address book, but for some reason I can’t add them to a group. Is there a different way I should go about this? Thanks in advance.
