Is it possible to add icons to the list that is accessible by “Icon Number” … I need to add two icons and have them available by number not a text string.
Anyone ever done this or know how?

Not in the Notes Client - they are hard-coded. If this was for the Web, you could play with the existing icons (they are just GIFs) and change their image.
You might be able to do something with Stored Image Resources, althrough that’s not something I’ve looked into.
