ı want to add a file attachment to all outgoing mails within disclamer text…
some system admins told me that it is impossible to add attachment…

Hi Turkmen,it might be possible when using a 3rd party tool or when modifying the mail template. However it would be fruitless. Disclaimer messages are very controversial in general. If you stuff it into an attachment it for sure will lose any relevance since people would have read the message before they would read the disclaimer — if they read it.
So get back to the business users, explain the legal (non)impact and the requirement goes away.

ı agree with all your comments;however,one of the clients of our company demanded that kind of disclaimer message.thats why ı am searching for a solution…what would u do if u were me?u said that it is fruitless.other than explaining the fruitlessness of that message what would u say the client?
