Adding disclaimer for all outgoing email

How do I add an office disclaimer for all outgoing email. Thanks.

Other options are provided by external providers for relay or 3rd party tools. When using any disclaimer addition after the user sent it (so not with the mail policies) you need to consider if you want to break MIME or/and SSL seal.

Hi!

To use a disclaimer in 8.x you have to enable the option at the configuration document for your server (Router/SMTP → Message Disclaimers) and you have to enable the options / input the disclaimer text at the mail policy document.

This version of disclaimer has some restrictions in text format, but it works.

An other way is to enter a disclaimer text with domino designer in the memo form at your mail.box of your server - by converting the message from notes format to smtp format it will be appended.

And if this options are not friendly for you, you may use a third party tool like IQ.Suite from Group Technologies or you use an apllience solution like borderware.
