Adding another account/email in Lotus Notes

Hello All,

We are trying to login into our Cisco Unity servers with Lotus Notes so we can receive our voicemails in email. We have configured everything server side correctly and can currently get it to work using “Thunderbird” client, but we can’t get it to work using lotus notes.

We have tried adding an account (IMAP into our Unity server) in our file->preferences-> etc. but it just doesn’t pull the information.

Can anyone think of anything we may be missing or what else we could try?
