Adding an image resource programatically

Hi everyone,I am searching about 2 things;

1- Adding an image resource programatically by using Lotusscript,

2- Adding a toolbar programatically by using Lotusscript.

According to the previous discussions we can develop them by using C API. Did anyone work on them so far, any suggestions? I will write the solutions if I can find. Any bits of information is very much appreciated. Have a wonderful day.
