From time to time I have an issue when I try to send an e-mail. I’ll put the cursor on the “To” line, key in part of the user’s name from the corporate address book and press . The e-mail address does not show up but the comma does. I cannot use the arrow keys to move the cursor, but I can use the and keys to delete. If I try another name then try the first one again it will work, or if I try keying in more of the name then it will work. This does not happen every day or with every e-mail. But when it does happen it is annoying. Only have about 65 users in the corporate address book. I have updated my client to 8.5.1 as well as my mailfile template. Server is also running at 8.5.1. The problem started after installing the 8.5.1 client from 8.5 FP1. Only have one other PC running 8.5.1 client because of this. Don’t want all of my end users having this issue.
Anyone else having this problem?
