I’ve a database to which i want to give all the users in names.nsf the access. How do i do that? Should i select all the users from the domino directory through the Add button in ACL dialog (It’ll add a long list to the ACL) or is there any other easier way?

Use something like:
*/Acme where Acme is the name of your certifier.
You can then make this a Person Group and assign the rights you need.
You should be able see this in action if you look at the ACL for the names.nsf db.

You’d be better off creating groups that contain all users in your address book and adding the groups to the ACL.
