i am a lotus notes admin and i want to know on a regular basis when my users accessed their mail databases. this way, i can figure out who among my users are actively using their lotus notes. i can go to admin client and view all the mail files but there is no column that shows the last accessed date. can i modify this view and add the “lastaccessed” field? if not, any othe work around here? many thanks.

You can check in Admin Console that who are all the users logged in, under Server → Status → Notes Users
