Email is addressed to IT, yet the address has the <ipr…attached to it after delivery. ??
Don’t know much about Notes since our Admin spot was eliminated, and a Director asks me why this happens?

Because the sender has the address in their local address book as an internet mail address instead of a Notes address. So the message and address is converted to SMTP format.
