Category I``````````````820+35(need to add the initial value here)
Subcategory I.1`````````500
```````Document I.1.a```300
```````Document I.1.b```200
Subcategory I.2`````````320
```````Document I.1.a```150
```````Document I.1.b```170
Subject: Add number to the sum of the column
If it’s always 35, why not create a document with that value in under that category - I don’t think you have any other option
Subject: RE: Add number to the sum of the column
I don’t quite understand what you mean. There’s no need to show 35 in a document, but need to add it in the total. The total displays as one number, not a formula
Subject: RE: Add number to the sum of the column
Yes, so if you need to add to the total, the only way around it is to make a ‘dummy’ document which has {category 1} and that value in it. This will then add it to the total of the column. There is no way to manipulate the generated total of the column (as far as I know anyway).
