I have a two questions about Lotus Notes, please advise.
I add a person (not Notes Users and not register it), with First Name (Michael), Last Name(Shum) and User Name (Michael Shum) in the Global address book.
Classify him as “Other Internet Mail” in Mail System field.
Add the forwarding address (e.g. michael@abc.com).
My question is, can I add more than one address ? (e.g. michael@123.com).
I’ve try this in the “Forwarding address” field michael@abc.com, michael@123.com. When I select it from Global address book, two Email accounts appear in “To” field and it can send to these two mails. But when I type “Michael Shum” in “To” field, it just display the name and can send only the first address, but I check the sent item, it appears two address ??
I would like to know why this and how to solve ( the requirement is when I type “Michael Shum” instead of choose from Global address book), two accounts can be sent.
Also, what type of Anti-Virus software be recommended install in Notes Server? I just install Mcafee in the SMTP server.
If Norton Anti-Virus is install, which folders need to exclude ??
The version is 6.5.4, Windows 2003 standard server.
