Add/Import new toolbar to bookmark.nsf from SMI through code

Can anybody help me to guide how do I add new toolbar to bookmark.nsf of Notes 6 client through code (C API toolkit)? any samples?OR

Is there any import exe/bat available to import existing SMI(SmartIcons) file that updates bookmark.nsf?
