Add Form Header - dissable?

Dear All,

I use 6.5.4, I wanna create a form header but the “Add Form Header” checkbox is dissable,. any clue why?

Typically, you need to have some content on the form and be in a subsequent paragraph to select this option on the 5th tab of the Form properties box.

Try these steps

  1. Add some static text to the form

  2. Press ENTER to move down the form

  3. Open properties box for Form

Expected result: Add header to form is selectable on the 5th tab.

Thanks Mark,but I have done this step an dstill not working.

Any other clue?
