Hello,Is there a way to add a disclaimer to outgoing messages like picture.

I want add picture on outgoing mail.

Hello Jim;For my case, i add the picture at the Memo Form of template (mail8.ntf).

Can you explain your method please? step by step be more better.

Subject: disclaimer

The HTML can be part of a signature file.There is also a section in the policies document to use Plain Text or HTML when setting up disclaimers. Disclaimers are enabled in the configuration settings document, but then you have to create the policy document which is where you can choose to use HTML.
