We have several task databases. Users would like to associate task documents with related mail messages. Linking the meail memo to the task is not an option. Copy/paste is an option but this method does not copy the ‘date’ or ‘from’ fields. Does anyone have other suggestions? Thanks.

e.g. open this db, open that document etc.

Currently we have a shared mail database. We also have a related task database. Users have been putting links to the mail memos in the task document in the task database. We need to archive the mail database. When this occurs, all links will be broken.
- Is there a method of storing the mail memo in the task database document? Copy/pasting into the document is cumbersome.
or
- Can an agent be written that will modify the path to the mail memos after they are archived?
