Subject: add additional address book at client machine
Add the second NAB on the client and then in user preferences/Email add it after names.nsf, separate with a comma.So if the new NAB is Names2.nsf the entry looks like this;
names.nsf, names2.nsf

If it is in the server then I would configure Directory Assistance to make that names the second directory.

Thanks Sebastian,can u tell me how to configure directory assistance,and add addition names2 .nsf
Subject: RE: add additional address book at client machine
Sure…the quick guide would be this…
Create a database with the directory assistance template (is in the server) ((Usually is da.nsf and in the root))
edit the server document and in basics, put the name and path of the database you created
just to be sure, go to the server list and clic on the server. Then Actions, set directory assistance information, and enter the database again.
enter the directory assistance database. Create a new document.
The first tab is the basics, name and stuf. The second one, you dont need to modify anything unless you want to enable authentication. The third one is where you point it to your names.
After that, restart the server. You should see another People & Groups section below your existing and primary one.
This is a very very short step guide. Let me knwo if you have any problem.
Subject: Please search/read the Domino Administration Help Database. There is a chapter called Directory Services.

I forgot to tell you. This will be available to ALL users.
If you want a separate names for each user then you will have to go with the first choice the other person answered.
