Add a HTML tag to a picture in mail memo

I want to add a banner to a mail memo. When I send that message I want that users can click on it and be redirected to a certain website.

What do I need to add? A line in the HTML tags of the picture I think, but which one?

Example: I add IBM logo picture on the end of my mail. The receiver should click on it and the IBM website should open.

Can anybody help me out?
