I am reading up on Lotus AD Sync, hoping to reduce routine admin tasks without opening too big a can of worms. We have about 30,000 AD users but only about 1,200 registered Notes users. I have no idea how many groups are in AD. I am hoping that I can synchronize users that are in both directories without syncing groups. I don’t want AD to create users or groups in my NAB.'zat possible? Any practical experiences or stories of getting this off the ground?
