I am running Activity trends on one of my server to look for inactive mails files. It has worked great except for the data not refreshing. I’m sure I have a setting wrong but not sure which one.
What we have is a view that shows our inactive mail users. It is looking at the mailfile Db’s and seeing when they have been last access by a person. I had all my retention settings for 365 days. Now we are getting ready to purge these users. We did a test run for 20 or so users but the Activity trends is still showing these users. Which retention setting would I change? The Retention of Inactive Database Trends or Retention of inactive User trends?
Also, I need this data refreshed yesterday. I assume it would be ok to delete this database and it would get recreated with updated data overnight?
