We have been using (in)Activity Trends to determine which Notes Accounts are no longer needed (haven’t been accessed in the last xxx days). However, we have discovered that when one of our Admin accounts touches the database, it “resets” the activity date. As an example, we had to run the agent (interactively) supplied by Lotus to correct the Daylight Savings Time (DST) setting in everyone’s calendar. Is there anyway that we can set a filter to say that if access was done by an administratrive account, don’t count that as activity?
We have looked at the design of the Activity Trends database, but have not seen any place where we might filter any administrative access.
Thanks.
