Java agents open nicely in 8.0.2. Installed 8.5, I get the APIE message and local log says:
JVM: The lotus/domino/AgentLoader class could not be loaded.
JVM: Registration of JVM native methods failed.
JVM: Java Virtual Machine failed to start
C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\jvm\lib\ext (default install) is 1,964 KB 12/6/2008
Tried the following with no success:
un-install 8.5, clean up, re-install;
un-install 8.5, clean up, re-install 8.0.2 (things work fine), install 8.5 on top of 8.0.2
