Hi, for certain users, some of the buttons under the action bar on the Switcher form of their mail files has certain options greyed out (the ones written in LotusScript, although there are other buttons written in LS that are available to them).
The button I’m reffering too is the Mail button found at the top left corner of the users mail file. When clicking on the Mail button a drop down of custom actions have been added. To the designerall the buttons appear properly, to other users, however, some of the buttons are greyed out.
At first I thought it might be something related to the ECL but no such luck.
Any thoughts?
