The ACL for the mail file owner is on the Advanced tab of registration, I think.

you cannot disable it that I know of but you can lower it to Editor minimum.
Subject: ACL Default
Hi Dado, when you create a new user, the Creator [Administrator] is given manager access incase you have to make any changed to the ACL. If you didnt have this access you would have to get the user to make ACL changes!
It is a default setting. You can Edit the Administration ECL to give the Group Administrators lower acces but it is no advisable.
Hope this answers your question.
cheers

Thank you for your answers. But the problem is that, the administrators’ group this correct in the ACL, but the administrator’s name that registered the new user appears too.
I wanted him to appear only the administrators’ group, the server name and the new user name. Is that possible?
Kind regards

how is the mail file getting created? Are you doing it manually or using the Domino Admin client? Also, check the mail template ACL and see if there is an entry for the administrator’s name enclosed in [square brackets]. If so remove it as this would cause that name to appear in the ACL of new mail files created from that template.

It’s created with the Domino Admin client…
