Hey all,
I get a bunch of term notifications almost every other day. All notification are for future terms. I would like some how of placing the users in a que so the day after they leave their account is removed. Currently i have to remember when the person terms and this is a pain. So if anyone has anyone has some or all datails on what they are doing please share.
Below are my thoughts. I will say I am not a coder by any means.

Create a database requiring username and term date

Create an agent that runs daily and checks term dates

IF date = 1 + (term date) then account is deleted( adminp request to remove the account the day after their last.)

anyone know of anything like this that exists or could help with some coding?
