Account Exists error

I am trying to add a calendar from another Notes app to my Notes calendar. When I try to add the calendar, the process works until I click the final OK. Then I get an error message “Account Exists.”

I understand why this is happening - I am using the same calendar name as a previous calendar I added. But I have since deleted that calendar.

Any idea how I can fix this error? I realize I can work around it by using a different calendar name, but I am in development for this app and don’t want to have to use 20 different names to test it out.

Subject: It should have deleted the account. But you can go to file->preferences and go to accounts and delete it
