Accessing the Local Security Property of a database

Does anyone know how I can read the local database encryption setting for a datbase, programmatically?

I can’t find a property in the NotesDatabase class, and the Database Icon object doesn’t seem to have a flag for it either.

Any ideas? The setting is clearly saved SOMEWHERE.
