Accessing text in RICHTEXT field

Hi All,

If I have attachments (TYPE 1084) and some text in a RICHTEXT field, for example as follows.

How can I programmatically get handles to each item, say text2?

Currently I’m able to get the whole text as a single string(); but not them separately.

Please guide me how to do this.
