I have a user here that when they click on any of their contacts they get a page which displays an account page with 3 tabs. Those tabs are Basic|Protcol|Advance. It won’t show their contact. We’ve tried to insert their account settings under the basic tab, but did nothing. Any suggestions on how to solve this? Thanks in advance.

Fix the design of those Contacts.
If you look at the design properties of one of the contacts, you will see that it is using the Accounts form. Create an agent to change the form to Contact, and you should be fine.
