I am using Lotus Notes Client 6.0.5 and Domino server 6.0.5, Client feature everything works fine, But Only i am facing problem with Tools in Notes client, when i click Tools → Preferences,its throwing Error “Invalid Time availiablity” Actually i want to give access for one USER Read, Edit etc., access in Calender, even if i get interface of Calender screen i could not able to modify or change, everytime it throws same error and if i click OK same error, Please could help this issue
Have you checked your time availability in the tools - preferences - calendar & to do - scheduling tab? Does it contain valid information ( i.e. - 9am - 5pm )?
Even i kept changing the date format as given default in calender ex-09:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM but still same problem, then i realised there should be either notes client or mail database problem, as this pretty urgent matter to resolve, then i got alternative solution very cool i have gone through Inotes mail access and given access to user in calender & To Do, problem as solved in Inotes
