Access issues with user in a nested group

I have an issue with a user that has , during a migration, a specific application was set to default access and users belonging to a group wich allowed access to the databases is within a nested group within parent group. the parent group was added to the ACL. Both the parent and the nested group is within the ACL. The groups are within the Global directory. There is only one person with this issue. Everyone else in the nested group has no problem gettin in.

any insights would be much appreciated.

The problem has nothing to do with the user being in a nested group. Either their name doesn’t appear correctly in the group, or there is a more specific ACL entry for that user that overrides their access thru the group, or you’re looking at the access for the wrong thing (e.g. maybe they can’t use the application because they don’t have access to something in some other database that this database refers to.
