We have a database that was purchased and written in an earlier version of notes. There is a woman in Italy who is being told that she is not authorized. She has editor access to all the databases in the suite. She can get into the databases and create a document. When she saves it, she gets a message that she is not authorized. But it still saves the document. But the document doesn’t close so it appears it didn’t save it. The database was written in English but she is running notes in Italian. Not sure if that matters. Here is the error that she gets
