Hi all… I was attempting to move a mail file and I was thrown the error “You are not authorized to perform this action”. I decided to put myself into full access administrator and try it again. I got the same results. What am I missing here? I would think having Full Access Administrator means that I have no restrictions, but apparently I do. Ideas?

If you’re trying to move a file to a different server, is it possible you’re listed as a Full Access Administrator on one server but not the other? Double-check the server documents.

It turns out my name was removed from the ACL… weird. I figured it out because I wasn’t able to edit the server docs. My name was in there as a full access admin but not in the ACL. Thanks.
