Access Denied Smartphone Sync

Access is denied when I am trying to sync EasySync tio my WM5 Smartphone. I followed this link’s dorctions and it says to contact IBM if I still get the error message. They are not posting the fix. You won’t like my answer: Don’t use EasySync. mNotes5 and Pylon Pro are two good choices. And there are others.

Thanks Gregg,IBM is really shooting themselves in the foot on this issue. They spend millions of dollars on advertisment, only to get people really angry. So, we go out there and warn people.

Our IT guys can only install EasySync due to security reasons. Only problem is none of them can get it working. There are 750 people in our building that want to distance themselves from IBM.

Since it looks like you need to use EasySync (although I can’t imagine why), I would open a call with IBM with this, instead of waiting for a fix to be posted.

Or look at one of the alternatives that I mentioned. They work.
