Subject: Access Data denied
Perhaps the documents are set to not let you copy them?
There is a form setting that lets the developer restrict documents created with that form so they can’t be copied/forwarded. Talk to your developer.

There’s also a strange relationship between an ACL permision and document level copy protection. I.e., if a user who is denied replicate/copy permission via a checkbox in the ACL creates a document, then all users cannot replicate or copy documents created by that user. IMHO, this is a design flaw, but IBM has technoted the behavior and seems to think it is correct.
