When I open the “Admin Client”, go to the “Files” tab, click on “Mail”, right click on a user’s mail file, go to “Access Control”, choose “Manage”, I get this message:
“You are not authorized to perform that Operation”.
Why I am getting this message?
How can I manage the access control for the mail files of all users?

Can you check the server document and see that you or your group’s name is included in the “Full Access Administrators” under Security Tab .

Thank you very much… I added myself to the “Full Access Administrators” and enabled it in the Admin Client… and it worked
