I have a meeting invite that I have accepted - manually - at 11 AM and see on my calendar. About two hours later without any action on my part the chair receives a decline notice and the calender event no longer shows. This has happened for both internal and external invites but not all invites.
Any idea’s?
TIA

Subject: thoughts…
The only things I can think of are…
-
Someone else has been delegated access to your calendar and taken this action on your behalf (with or without your consent). You could find that out by checking your ACL.
-
You have something enabled in Calendar Preferences to autoprocess messages which is doing this.
-
You are somehow accidentally deleting the calendar invite. I have found this is regretfully easy to do using the Eclipse client with the calendar preview in the sidebar. Once I have clicked on something in the calendar, then go back to the main document in the center, I have to deliberately click in the cneter, or else I am still “selected” on the item in the sidebar, and might accidentally delete that item.

I disabled all autoprocessing in calendar before I ran my last test and 1 of two meetings was deleted.

I do not use the calendar preview, just Sametime.
Thanks!

Subject: Check for any BB bugs
Depending on the version of BB server and Desktop Manager that you use in your environment I would look for any bugs related to calendaring including auto- processing and synchronizing.I realize you have turned off auto-processing on the Notes side.
Thanks.

Subject: Two quick bits
1: Check $CSTrack on the Chairs side to see what it reports. At the bottom of the list should be the Decline action and when it was taken and where.
2: Did you take any action on the entry from your BlackBerry? By any I mean anything including deleting it.
