I have one user’s mailbox always happen abnormal problem. e.g. (1) Created sub-folder will move to root suddenly. (2) Named folder suddenly be blank name folder.
So, i want to create another new mailbox for her but it must as same as before change. Who has idea ? How can i do it ?

I’m seeing á similar problem here. Server 6.5.4 - MailTMPL 6.5.2
Specifically I see following:
when users create new subfolders or move subfolders, the folders are either
→ moved directly up to the root folder
→ moved to other folders
→ created as subfolders to the root folder with "Folders" before it, i.e. in the root folder → Folders\XYZ\sub-XYZ
and in all cases the folder coloring changes from the normal folder-yellow to the private-folder-yellowgray —> the property though does NOT change → it is still a public folder!
Does anybody have an idea, what it could be due to?
