What am I doing wrong? I’m trying to go through these really nobrainer tutorials (c’mon…can’t they do better than “Hello World”??) and can’t even get them to work. The XPages Straight Up tutorial says
“Notice the global objects on the left side of the script editor as shown in figure 3. (If Reference is not selected, select that tab.”
emm…there is no such tab! Am I crazy or did this thing install wrong or what? The only tab that shows up is “Outline”. There’s no reference no matter what I do. Is it because I installed it on a Win 7 client?
Click on Designer 8.5 and then XPages reference guide.
The documentation is not finished they admitted on Lotusphere. This is the most up to date documentation I know. For other resources and examples I mostly search.
So IBM/Lotus develops a new platform and Designer but doesn’t finish the job by building a working tutorial to guide programmers through it? Why am I not surprised?
