A slight problem with my embedded views!

Hi,

I need some help with regards to my embedded views as I am unable to make changes to the status from “Incomplete” to “Complete” by selecting the field (but not opening this fully).

When I just run the view…and make changes to the status by clicking the actions button i have set up, this appears to work. However, when i run the form with the embedded view, nothing appears to change when i select a field and select the “Complete” or “Incomplete” action buttons.

Can someone help explain why this is happening?!?

Working with embedded views is amazing once you get it running and a total pain until you figure it all out.

I’d recommend you spend some time at InterfaceMatters.com - tons of great examples plus code plus links to other blogs that contain yet more examples. Search the blog for ‘embedded’ and read all of the posts. You’ll want to learn about editors as well as views.
