A screwed notes.ini changes preferences

Hello all,

I recently had a problem on my PC and my notes.ini went bust. When I restarted my Notes client, all my settings were gone, which is of course quite a pain.

One of the settings that was changed was the “Save sent mail” default, which was changed to “Never”. I did not realise this until recently, when I looked for a mail I had sent…

I would thus strongly suggest that default options be “on the safe side”…

Are your company using policy settings for Lotus Notes client? I ask this because this is one of many variables which you can set in these policy settings document.//Mr East
